Sidewalk impassable due to trees and shrubs growing across

Weeds and grass is over a foot high

I just want to make clear that the mattress, the tarps, the construction debris and the long grass have been here since the beginning of my rental October 2023 and I’m leaving at the end of July 2024. The neighbors have been doing the grass along the sidewalk for me and I’ve been doing it even though it’s not part of my lease, but I’m not doing it anymore and it’s not my responsibility to get rid of the mattress, the tarps the construction debris and additional garbage that is the property owners and the landlord, Elaine J Smith, who resides in Groton Connecticut.

The homeowners shrubbery is covering the sidewalk on Enfield Street and going down to Green Valley. There are trees growing out of the gutters, broken windows in the front of the house, trees blocking windows, and lawn is not mowed. The neighbors have complained about this to one another for some time and have been reluctant to report.

Peeling and missing paint, clap board damage, wind destroyed tent tangled in bushes, and junk in yard.

The area between the two buildings has become a dumping ground for garbage. Not to mention the sidewalk never gets shoveled in the winter.

Garbage and scrap all in rear corner of property R-25 . back of Tariff st . Squatter is living in 5a Northwood basement and owner says they have not raised rent or can control who lives in his property. Same man named Jamie has taken the kindness of the community and gotten to comfortable. This property owner is a good person overall and it's sad how people leach off the system and community. It's a child and dog community and the property line is of a community. Everyone shares the back yard . Small children and big kids can't play . My family and I cleaned that area 2 years ago and has been basically colonized by garbage. This community needs help .
