garbage all over alley

alley between Matthews and La Cholla obstructed by dumped materials (garbage, mattresses, couches). Ongoing problem. Critical. Alley is becoming unpassable.

Constituent is reporting that the resident of the above address is storing vehicles and trash in the alleyway, blocking it so utility vehicles are unable to make it through the alleyway.

Big pile of debris left by previous construction blocking my right of way into my backyard. I cannot pull my trailer in because the debris are blocking. 2nd time reporting with no action or update provided.

Twin sized mattress dumped in the alley, appears to be more weathered than others left in the same area.l

The alleyway of the address 2621 W Capistrano has cactus planted w/ trees that are blocking the alleyway. Other areas have large rocks in the alleyway off of Capistrano and Tolosa Circle. Letters requested as a reminder to the residents for alleyway clean up, per the constituent. Emergency vehicles cannot get through. Called in f/m Anonymous. Thank you.
