I am the Association Manager for Cortina Terrace HOA. The street that leads into the community Cortina Place, is draining all the water from the rain into the community and into homeowners yards. The Board would like to know what can be done about this situation, as it is costing the Association money to continually fix the issues from this. Please respond to [email protected]

Constituent states the road has not drained after rains and they have to drive into opposite lane on Hardy

On Wade Rd in front of address 6851 there is a cmp that is collapsed and needs repairing.

The problem is in the easement running parallel to River Rd., and the culvert at
the (north -east) intersection of River Rd and N San Joaquin at the entrance to
the River Crossing III subdivision. Debris, sediment, trash and overgrown Vegetation

Actual location of concern is the intersection of S Sandario Rd and W Camino Lucido. Constituent asks for review to see if anything can be done to assist with drainage in the intersection. States that the intersection catches water from nearby properties and floods preventing access.

Ellexon is straight sand and has electric lines and plumbing lines exposed

Drains running along highway to town are plugged causing water to settle
