Cattle guard A Frame bent

Cattle Guard on Camino Loma Alta off of E Voyager Rd., & Old Spanish Tr., before you reach the Fire Dept., the NB Lane of the cattle guard is unlevelled w/ the road. The right side of the cattle guard has dropped down the other side of the cattle guard is levelled. Drivers hit a bump when driving over the cattle guard. Thank you.

On Kolb Rd and I-10 of the 270 exit. the asphalt before the cattle guard needs to be leveled up and repaired correctly

constituent called to inquire about something he was promised when he bought the property at 3925 E Mainsail Blvd in 1995. He said that E Mainsail was supposed to eventually connect past the wash and to the other side of E Mainsail Blvd (so that they would be able to exit to Oracle from that street). He said a guy who lives near the wash has been fighting it, but said somewhere here we should have the documents showing this is the plan and he is curious as to why this hasn’t happened. He went on to say that there are about 100 new houses being put up and said it will really be necessary now. He said the only other way to get to Oracle is through E. Hawser St and said the 4 way stop there is a bottleneck!

GV Council Request No. 3117: Per the constituent drivers at the intersection, heading east on Continental, in the right lane without any intention of turning right onto south Abrego, instead accelerates at a high speed with the green light signal and, will deliberately swerve into left lane before lane ends and cut off the driver to his left (in the correct lane), intentionally to be first. There is posted signage for right turn lane only but ignored. I am requesting that intersection be RE-STRIPE like the following intersection at Continental and Whitehouse Canyon Road. There, the lanes are divided and clearly marked for a left turn north to La Posada; to continue traveling east and yellow strips designating a right turn only lane onto Whitehouse Canyon Road up to Madera. These road stripes do help to regulate traffic pattern as it forces the driver to comply with directional lane flow. Otherwise, the intersection of Continental and Abrego will continue to be the spontaneous race car derby starting lanes as the green light triggers the signal to outrace each other before one hit's the bridge, and the driver in the right lane is pronounced "dead right."

There is a homeless encampment with massive amounts of trash. When it rains it pushes garbage down the wash. This is a environmental and safety issue. There is also graffiti in this area.

Recent road surface/black top degrade

Constituent reports water pooling at San Joaquin and Agave Ranch Rd that needs to be diverted away from the intersection. Due to the pooling, they state that a 3ft by 1.5-2ft pothole is forming at the location that also needs to be filled in.
