Drainage ConcernReconhecido6194-6194 S Mountain Eagle Dr Valencia West, AZ, 85757, USA - Valencia WestUnable to upload photo
Sidewalk full of dirt/sand after the last rain due to drainage area not being maintained. The slope forces the rain water and dirt over the sidewalk and into the street, not down to the culvert because the culvert is full of dirt and debris.
Sidewalk is slippery and dangerous to walk on. -

Drainage ConcernReconhecido3700 E Alvord Rd Tucson, Arizona, 85706 - Pima County3700 E Alvord Rd, "Flooding and Hazardous Roadside Drop-Off
The area between the sidewalk and the roadway collects water and frequently floods, even with light rain. There is a drop-off several inches deep beneath the standing water, which becomes completely hidden when flooded. Today’s light sprinkle was enough to cause the area in front of the school to flood." Pictures will be added to the Maximo File. Thank you. -

SAFTEY HAZARD
Afternoon Every time it rains about the 220' foot of contractors where it intersects with Illinois St. is flooded. It takes many days for this to dissipate as there is no drainage to the wash on the west side of Contractors way along the railroad tracks. There is a wash there or retention pond but no way to get the water there.
This is concerning as when we go to and from our office at the end of the street on our motorcycles many times it is too deep to ride through and cannot see any pot holes or other debris in the temporary lake there.
I'm hoping that since the city of Tucson is currently readying to do water main replacement along contractors this would be the ideal time to also fix the very dangerous safety issue.
I would try hate for someone to have an accident due to the state of this intersection.
Thanks you for your attention to this important safety matter and concern.
