Unincorporated Pima County PLUS

Molino Canyon Pl is a 6-year old culdesac that is starting to show signs of cracking. This is a county-maintained road and we would like to inquire how to get scheduled for repair/filling.

Service Requested: S Paseo Seco, W Camino Corto and S Paseo Chico are County owned streets and were repaved 4 years ago, but cracks down the center of each was clearly evident even after the work was completed. Those cracks have widened and now multiplied in each of the streets and will continue to worsen with sun, rain, and traffic. We have only one
entrance in/out and the streets get heavy use from both residents, delivery and utility
trucks. We need them repaired or resurfaced properly. Photo's attached"

Rec'd from BOS D4 - My name is Ann Buckley, and I reside at 2614 E. Maxine Place. I am writing to you directly to file a formal complaint regarding the hazardous and deteriorated condition of Maxine Drive, located directly south of Wetstones Road. Maxine Drive is a dirt road and serves as the only access route to Maxine Place.I have lived at this location for 13 years, and the condition of Maxine Drive is now worse than it has ever been. The road has deteriorated to the point that it presents a clear and foreseeable safety hazard to residents, visitors, and emergency responders. This condition has now reached a dangerous state.Recent rains have caused severe erosion, resulting in two major ruts that significantly compromise the roadway. One rut runs down the center of the road for more than 20 feet and is at least six inches deep, effectively reducing width of the road to single narrow lanes on either side of the rut. A second rut extends from the side of the road toward the center, forcing vehicles traveling in both directions to use the same limited portion of the roadway. Two vehicles cannot safely pass at the same time.This condition creates an unacceptable risk. Maxine Drive is the primary access to my home and the homes of many neighbors. Emergency vehicles may have difficulty to safely reach residents if needed. In addition, residents are forced to maneuver around deep and worsening gullies, creating a high likelihood of vehicle damage, accidents, or personal injury. These risks are entirely foreseeable given the ongoing deterioration of the road.

On Gallant Fox Drive, large crack up to 6 inches wide, and crack is growing larger and longer. It is also running lengthwise on the street.

Taylor Lane, Off Hwy 86 (Ajo) Could use paving, same as Sierrita Mt. Road.

Rec'd from Director. Per the constituent: I believe the roads here have deteriorated even further. I walk 2 dogs, one large one small and I almost tripped and hurt myself on Paseo Otono coming back to my street of E Paseo Otono. I am lucky that I was unhurt and able to catch myself before a fall!!!

I wasn't sure If I should send photos with this email. it's insanely dangerous and I am not sure to whom I should send the photos to? It is inexcusable that these roads have not been paved again in 25+ years. Also, the curbs on E Paseo Otono are all chopped up and have caused a flat tire for a visitor.

The pavement is splitting approx. 2 inches in spots and the thickness of the pavement.
