There is a n unnecessary cattle guard between Camino Loma Alta & s Galileo Lane that is extremely noisy & annoying to those living nearby. We have requested removing or fixing it before but nothing has ever been done.

The cattle guard repairs the county have made to stop the noise have not been successful. Every Time a vehicle drives over it we hear it in Academy Village. With the heavy traffic of trucks and cars the Cattle guard should be removed.

Could crews please review and repair the cattle guard in this area? Thank you.

On Kolb Rd and I-10 of the 270 exit. the asphalt before the cattle guard needs to be leveled up and repaired correctly

Cattle Guard on Camino Loma Alta off of E Voyager Rd., & Old Spanish Tr., before you reach the Fire Dept., the NB Lane of the cattle guard is unlevelled w/ the road. The right side of the cattle guard has dropped down the other side of the cattle guard is levelled. Drivers hit a bump when driving over the cattle guard. Thank you.

We have recently moved to the neighborhood and have noticed this bus stop In particular has brought a lot of problems along with it. There are people that get drunk get high do drugs at the bus stop after dark. Since we have moved there my nine year old has witnessed to overdoses, Multiple arrests, as there is always police activity at the bus stop. Homeless people are sleeping on it and behind it at night time. Just last night my nine-year-old witness a bunch of police pull up hog tie a man up with handcuffs and carry him off to a police cruiser. There’s been numerous times that we have went out and cleaned up needles tinfoil that people were smoking drugs on, trash that people have left there, this is a serious problem. This is just unacceptable for the neighborhood and my family. I’m sure if you were to look under the police records of how many incidents happen at this bus stop you would realize that it’s just a lawsuit waiting to happen. And I would like to see the bus stop relocated in front of the Walgreens or somewhere else But where it is located it is dangerous for people to be outside or using the bus stop at night. All the neighbors feel the same way. Please help move the one stop somewhere else.

For the last two summers, ever since the Rocking K development started at Old Spanish Trail near Rainwater Drive by Academy Village, there has been serious flooding. Last week cars were stopped for an hour as the water over Ols Spanish Trail was too deep to cross. The problem is a direct result of poor drainage remediation from Rocking K developers. This is a serious problem.

Cardinal Avenue north and south bound between Los Reales and Valencia roads. I see many (Disabled People) in wheelchairs and motorized wheelchairs on the north and south bound lanes themselves because there are NO SIDEWALKS available for them to safely get to their destination. I worry for these people because they are put into dangers way, there are too many hit and runs these days and it would be sad if they became a victim because there were no sidewalks available for them to safely be out there. Having to be on a wheelchair on the road itself is just too dangerous. Please consider the disability act for these people who have to be out there.

There's no sidewalk here for children walking to school forcing them onto either the busy roadway or through parking lots. Additionally there's no signage for cars turning to alert them of school children crossing.

Mr. Schuler is requesting the the curb at his driveway be lowered to resemble that of an
ADA Curb ramp. Mr Schuler is extremely disabled and has a certified service dog,
necessitating a very low profile vehicle. Mr. Schuler states that the front bumper of his
vehicle needs to be repaired monthly at an estimated cost to himself of $1000 per repair.
