Unincorporated Pima County PLUS

Newly paved streets in this neighborhood are cracked . In front of 5871 N Linkhart a deep crack has risen from curb to curb. The intersection of Shumaker and Linkhart has several widening cracks. This pavement is less than 2yrs old. Every street in this area of new pavement is cracked.

Desert Bell Drive has large cracks causing safety concerns and when cars drive over them loud clicking sounds (day and night)

Rec'd from Director. Per the constituent: I believe the roads here have deteriorated even further. I walk 2 dogs, one large one small and I almost tripped and hurt myself on Paseo Otono coming back to my street of E Paseo Otono. I am lucky that I was unhurt and able to catch myself before a fall!!!

I wasn't sure If I should send photos with this email. it's insanely dangerous and I am not sure to whom I should send the photos to? It is inexcusable that these roads have not been paved again in 25+ years. Also, the curbs on E Paseo Otono are all chopped up and have caused a flat tire for a visitor.

Location is NBI Bridge 08301 on Madera Canyon Rd at Medium wash

Per the inspection done on 12/12/2023 the guard rail on the NE side of the bridge approx 2 ft from the concrete of the bridge guard rail is split or cracked and needs to be repaired

The sidewalk that is in front of the East Center property at 7 south Abrego Dr. is damaged in 2 spots. Both areas are the ramps. Is this something that would be corrected or fixed by the county? Or is this something we would take care of ourselves? please keep me posted. Thank you.

Large crack in road

Dear People,
First, let me thank you for doing a good job maintaining 􀀉 large network of streets and roads in Pima County. We have lived in nine different states within the USA so we have a good concept of how road conditions very and the effort by many communities to address needed road repairs.
Perhaps there might be a way for you to make some minor repairs on Sabino Canyon Road, that part of the street between Cloud and where it Y's at the signal going to either N. Kolb Road or up to Snyder on N. Sabino Canyon Road. The problem is those cross cuts on both lanes. The tar used earlier no longer fills the gaps resulting in a rough ride leading eventually to excessive wear on auto suspensions.
Hopefully you will be able to located sufficient funds allowing the workers to add additional tar to the gaps. A better solution would be a total resurfacing of the area mentioned, without any cross seams! Thanks for considering this request.

The electrical transformer is covered in dirt, which could lead to electrical outages in the near future.

Sidewalk lifting up. Sidewalk bounces, occurred suddenly.

Request for rock clean up on Ski Run Rd just past MP 24. Called in f/m the PCSD. No Case No. given. The Deputy needs the rocks removed by today for the October Fest which starts tomorrow for the next 4 weekends. Thank you.
