This condition has been previously reported as a concern. Recent rains again revealed this condition and also that there is a crack developing in the asphalt pavement at the dip. It appears that the underlying soils may be saturated and that the pavement is being compromised. Please inspect this area before the pavement condition worsens. Also, please seal the crack to help prevent stormwater from infiltrating through the crack into the subgrade. Thank you. -
