the (north -east) intersection of River Rd and N San Joaquin at the entrance to
the River Crossing III subdivision. Debris, sediment, trash and overgrown Vegetation

I have spoken to Kim Challenger-Briggs of Rex Scott's office. She says she is working on this. Our new construction project at 360 E River Rd has had a break-in and destruction. Regional Flood Control says you are responsible for this area, getting it cleaned up, and moving the homeless. Please help us.

All of two streets Calle Lecho and Calle Montanosa in Green Valley between February and March 2023,
a case to cracks in our street pavement (#23012859) was archived but only partially completed. From a pavement project in June of 2021 (?) cracks had developed and continue to get worse. In February or March of 2023 a crew began to fill the cracks but only completed one half of Calle Lecho and none on Calle Montanosa. The cracks , perhaps the infilled cracks are worsening and widening. I believe it was being fulfilled under warranty by the pavement contractor at the time the original case was submitted. The streets in the Sycamore vista 5 are in very bad shape for being a 4 year old neighborhood. Cracks at 1" are growing. Street patches were not properly completed and created more of a problem. Utilty lids are damaged or missing.
