Unincorporated Pima County PLUS

I live in the neighborhood of Sunset Creek. The brick walled structure on the Northeast corner of Sumter/Cmo de Oeste creates a traffic hazard. This structure limits viewing of southbound traffic on Cmo de Oeste (which has a speed limit of 35 mph however most vehicles speed to over 50 mph). When TCW vehicles service utilities near this structure they tend to park in a position where it worsens the viewing of traffic. Please advise your workers to park either North or East of the structure to not impair viewing of traffic as these workers kindly did as requested. There is a very noisy cattle guard on Old Spanish Trail that is no longer of use to ranchers. Request removal to mitigate increased noise from traffic.

Fence panels not replaced after a motor vehicle accident.

Due to asphalt paving mill and fill operations completed in May 2023, the dip at the location indicated holds significantly more stormwater than it did prior to completion of that work. This condition has been previously reported as a concern. Recent rains again revealed this condition and also that there is a crack developing in the asphalt pavement at the dip. It appears that the underlying soils may be saturated and that the pavement is being compromised. Please inspect this area before the pavement condition worsens. Also, please seal the crack to help prevent stormwater from infiltrating through the crack into the subgrade. Thank you.

There is plastic pipes on the roadway. Must have fallen off a truck.

Our two year old pavement is showing signs that the underlying foundation was not done correctly as there are lots of large cracks showing up Kolb road doesn't show this same cracking of the pavement which was done around the same time Kolb was done correctly Is there something we can do to reduce the cracking and erosion that will likely follow?

There are large, numerous cracks in the street all along Hiddenwood Pl.
The photo is one example. I have others all along the street.

The streets in the Sycamore vista 5 are in very bad shape for being a 4 year old neighborhood. Cracks at 1" are growing. Street patches were not properly completed and created more of a problem. Utilty lids are damaged or missing.
