Please assess if PCDOT can assist with erosion issues near 7004, and 7102-7155 W Pebble Valley. See photos.

There are deep, long cracks in the road at the end of the cul-de-sac.

First Ave from city limits to Orange Grove. Needs seal patching. Potholes will develop if cracks not sealed.

The edge of the pavement is about to break away. There is a new home under construction bringing in more heavy equipment and truck loads, plus the weekly garbage truck traffic is likely to cause this section of pavement to break away.

Newly paved streets in this neighborhood are cracked . In front of 5871 N Linkhart a deep crack has risen from curb to curb. The intersection of Shumaker and Linkhart has several widening cracks. This pavement is less than 2yrs old. Every street in this area of new pavement is cracked.

Looks like the safety crash barriers have been damaged and are laying in the ground and not protecting anyone.

Rec'd from BOS D3 - Per the constituent: Here are some photos of erosion damage on Sanders Road, near Sunset Road, a few hundred feet from the community center and park. The erosion has made for an unsafe condition. PCDOT should evaluate, repair and return to a safer condition. There are also some other drainage concerns that the multi purpose path project completed some year ago, ignored, leaving water to pond excessively in Sanders Road during monsoon and other rain events. I would be available to meet with PCDOT on site to discuss.

Our whole neighborhood (Critterland) could use crack repair. We never noticed until after yesterday's storm (1.24") so we hope there's not something major going on with the road. Some of the cracks are maybe 3".
