    Hello,
    This has been a recurring issue with water flowing over the road, even when there has not been rain in a long while.

    The issue has been addressed a couple times before, just recently with SR #357993 - but the issue comes back quickly.
    Coming over a hill to drive through unexpected water causes a safety issue for motorcycles, and in the winter causes a stretch of ice across an otherwise dry road.

    Gertrude st 12/26 over heavy rain roads are again flooded we pay our taxes and had a tax increase for this to be still happening it needs to be fixed asap everyone is worried about vehicles being damaged

    No water since 9am called Water Department and they said DPS has been alerted and it will be back on today. However as of 4:38pm it isn’t back on. I understand that they are working to fix it, but no one is even updating or telling the residents anything.
