Hello ,
What's going on here? There is an eternal river running across the road and it's been this way since last fall. Is there a drain clogged on the side of the road? A water main leak? It hasn't rained in over a week, so I don't think it's rain runoff.
It has not always been this way, so something happened last summer/fall to cause the change.

Anyway, it is part of my daily commute and it is really annoying to drive through. Thank you for giving it your attention.

I live on ridge rd north in Canton mi. there is suppose to be a drainage pipe running under ridge rd, but it is totally blocked from the grading/plowing of ridge rd.

The ditches need to be dug out Water is spilling out into the road It got so bad 75% of the lane of travel was covered at one point The ditches upstream of this hardly had water It's all pooling and collecting here

We've had a hole next to our driveway for years. It bubbles like a fountain during rain storms. Very deep. Second one formed with this last storm about 50 feet south of the first one. This one is in our front yard. Ground around the newest one is sinking. Been trying to get help for years with the first one so it didn't become a larger problem But larger it has become. HELP!!!.

Ditch is clogged and backed up. Called City of Wayne and they said to make complaint here since it is a county road.

water in ditch wasn't draining before the big storm. Now it is almost covering the road and still not draining. This is an ongoing problem that never gets resolved.

Could you please address the storm manhole that is currently clogged and overflowing, which is causing flooding of nearby property? Thank you for your prompt attention.

Homeowner called Canton Township Engineering Dept on 6/7/24 regarding storm drain debris on this section of road. The drains here aren't township juris. 46803 Newton. If a street sweeper is available to this road that would be beneficial to all residents that live on Newton.

The resident was concerned that the storm structure in the roadway at this address, 7035 Epping Drive, was causing the driveway to sink. We have an active SR #332275 from back in August 2024. A County representative came to the home and spoke with the resident
After being told that water would disappear under the driveway at the sidewalk, flow beneath the drive slab, and re-emerge through a hole in the side of the manhole, the County was going to apparently inform their superior, but very oddly instructed the resident to contact the Township, as the County might not be able to resolve the issue.
The storm structure is located on the street and is clearly within the jurisdiction of the road agency – Wayne County.
The County needs to reassess the structure for necessary repairs. Please fix it. Thank you!
