Built a walkout door and then dug an in ground swimming pool. Then proceeded to spread all the dirt around the pool building up his backyard in the city with a very low water table. My backyard floods as it is already and now it’s worse. He even gave some to the neighbor directly next to me which will cause us more issues. I’ve been told this is illegal and my 6 month old daughter will need her backyard in the near future. New Dad here looking to save his daughter’s childhood fun in her backyard. Thank you. -
