    To the North of my property is the city water way. This area has overgrown trees, vines, and other natural growth that is damaging my privacy fence and eroding the ground around my property. This area is in great need of thinning and cleaning out. The waterway has become overgrown as well and needs to be cleared out.

    From Officer L Baxter. Several officers responded to the Joplin Depot and railroad property on 4-19-23 for a large area of dumped items. It was mainly around the short metal silos. The officers did not encounter anyone around the area. I have a photo, but could not get it to upload.
