    Hi I live at the Hyattsville house apts across from the new Hyattsville middle. I watched a lot of kids cross 42nd Street to get to their school today without a cross walk or crossing guard. One of the main sidewalks/stairs to get to the schools main entry is in the middle of 42nd with no intersection or cross walk. Given how many young people are walking to school and how much traffic there is that time of the morning on 42nd, a crosswalk is definitely needed for the kids safety. Maybe even a stop sign would be beneficial.
