    The legal parking area on the southbound side of 38th Ave just before the right turn onto Jefferson extends so far forward that it's impossible for cars turning left off of Jefferson to see oncoming traffic without pulling very far into the intersection. This causes a hazard for motorists and pedestrians trying to cross Jefferson.

    The sidewalk panels by our house are bouncing up and down when people walk on them. The bouncing is slight--hard to notice unless two people are standing on the tile together and feel the other moving the tile. Still, we believe the tiles are over a water/sewer line and are worried this may be the sign of a larger issue. There is no direct sign of sewer damage and this is meant more as an FYI
