It took about 4 lights to get through, there must have been at least 15 minutes of wait time. A few cars would get through, then the trail light would go on over and over. This area is where there are so many Amish people on their bikes as well as the Legacy Trail users. We really need a better system here, how about an overpass? Or can you change the light system that now only benefits the cyclists? Please tell me who else to contact about this mess. -
