Street Light已确认3651 University Pkwy Sarasota, FL, 34243, USA - Sarasota CountyThe stoplight sensor system for vehicles heading westbound on University Parkway turning left onto Conservatory Dr. needs to be evaluated and improved. It is an increasingly dangerous turn lane to be waiting in and the sensor often does not acknowledge cars waiting to turn and misses the cycle. I often see cars simply just waiting for a break in oncoming traffic and running the red left arrow. I don’t blame them— we’re “sitting ducks” in the middle of a high-speed, multi-lane parkway. Driving a small car, I’m worried about getting rear ended and would rather get out of the parkway traffic as soon as possible. -
