mouth of driveway needs attention

On Jan 14th and 15th Inland Pipe Rehabilitation division did some work on the sewer line.
During this process, they removed and damaged a portion of fencing as displayed in the pictures. Now we have an opening where my dog can get out and other animals can come in. This is unacceptable and poor work ethic.

outer ring damaged

resident reported that a vehicle must was stuck in the berm, and caused a trench more than a foot deep, and allegedly caused damage to the water grate at the curb. located at corner of McKinstry and Brandon. also a pedestrian hazard.

the surrounding concrete has sunk and broken repeatedly in past years, cover is also missing now.

Manhole loose
