MOST IMPORTANTLY EVERY TIME IT RAIN OUR BASEMENT FLOODS CAUSING US TO CONTINUOUSLY INCUR COSTS TO PUMP GROSS AMOUNTS OF WATER OUR FACILITY TO HAVE IT REMOVED, THIS WAS REPORTED SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHEN THIS "UNACCEPTABLE FIX" WAS APPLIED. -
