It has completely caved in. Many of my neighbors on Goulburn and Westphalia have had water in their basements over and over. This sewer cave in May be blocking the water flow. It is many feet deep. Please come out and investigate. This sewer is the responsibility of the water department, not the residents. I am making this complaint from 12554 Goulburn if you wish to speak to me. -
