street flooded

Fire hydrant at Buena Vista and Oakman Boulevard is absolutely pouring water. They replaced it in January and now it's flooding the street.

The neighbors are draining sewage from their flooded basement via hoses into our and neighboring house's yards as their yard is all pavement. There is a stagnant pool of sewage on their paved yard as seen in the pictures. The smell is atrocious and the sewage is seeping into the ground at an alarming rate. This is a health concern for my family and pets as well as the young children in their household.
