This is drain that has problems - manhole cover was needing to be cut out but now it's broken and caving in - drain still needs fixing - dangerous because it's right where we and others who come to park - park and tire will go in, and get cut or stuck

Pot hole with view to sever drain tube!! The main drain is broken it located in the alley behind 2368 Sharon St 48209, Detroit Mi!
The water from the drain tubes have gotten to my house and had flooded the whole basement I need help ASAP!! I have requested a repair-ment a million of times and no one has gone to repair it not even to go check it out!!!
