Investigate RestorationAcknowledged559 E Philadelphia St Detroit, MI 48202, USA - US Congressional District MI13DTE came out repairing, dug up our front yard lawn and did a POOR job restoring our yard back in shape. They put down what look like clay dirt, DID NOT LEVEL the ground whatsoever nor put seeds down properly. It's an embarrassment to the block as well as to the community. We work very hard to maintain our property as proud citizens of Detroit and do appreciate if someone can come back out to our resident with skills who know how to correct the problem of restoring lawn. I'm sure DTE have professionals that can do the job, I have seen DTE work of restoring lawn on bigger business projects correctly.......I'm sure smaller residential ones can be DONE CORRECTLY as well, thank you.

Damaged after houses were torn down and never repaired. It's both an eyesore & hazard. Investigate RestorationAcknowledged12th St Detroit MI 48206, United States - US Congressional District MI13Same explanation as other posts. This is not accessible by any wheeled chair or stroller and people are going into the busy street because they can't drive over the asphalt that is uneven, not level and poorly laid. It's been over a year. Taxpayer money was wasted on these curbs and DTE needs to replace with exact like conditions. This is not accessible, the city is in charge to deliver the fault or keep the fault.

Investigate RestorationAcknowledged17220 Huntington Rd Detroit, Michigan, 48219 - US Congressional District MI14There was a water main problem, but now that the problem is fixed, the hole is uncovered in street, the cement curb is missing, and the place that was once grass, is just a pile of dirt. It is not hazardous now, but with the hole not being covered, I don't want it to become a problem again.

Investigate RestorationAcknowledgedAntietam Ave & Rivard St Detroit, MI, 48207, USA - US Congressional District MI13Palm Sunday vehicle accident took out an utility pole and power to a large swath of our Lafayette Park neighborhood. Power was restored by DTE any the end of the next day but the site was never cleared of the former pole cables or the debris from the crash and the repair. DTE has been notified 4 times that they did not complete the cleanup of the area and every time they say a work ticket will be put in, or that a work ticket will be elevated so that the restoration is completed. The cables are now laying in the street as whoever cuts that lawn eventually pulled then out of the way to cut the overgrown grass. Dangerous to both pedestrians and drivers.
