Apartment building torn down a month ago. Why has nobody cleaned up that lot?

These pictures are located in the alley, in which, it is the only way to get to and from residence. Cement is broken up and even popping up when having to drive on it. Very dangerous.

This property has poor maintenance in the front and back yard. Work is desperately needed in a front and the backyard. This is where we live let's clean it up and be respectful of our neighbors. The mayor has stated that he is working on beautification of the city. Citizens call and send email to report these situations nothing's been done about it. The inspectors are not inspecting these complaints.

City own Side walk needs to be repaired on MARLOWE

Soft restoration needed . Heavy utility trucks (DTE contractors caused deep ruts and landscaping damage . Early April 2022 )

All year this owner lets this bushes /grass and weeds over grown so no one can see in his yard or use his his of the street please adress this issues, nothing but bugs fly's and more new home

Please fix this block the sidewalks are horrible and now the neighbors don't cut / trim or anything to their weeds because they want privacy but makes it impossible to walk down the block not only that but random homeless people use this to hide at night near abandoned homes.

It's been 3 years since I first called the city / put in a complaint and even stopped the workers on the other side of block when can this be repaired. Handicap woman in her late 60's in wheelchair can't even leave her home with out breaking or bending her wheelchair please this needs to be addressed !!!/
