Lead sewer line was replaced, but the job was never completed

Sewer cave-in on Birwood St. near north end of street. Assistance with this greatly appreciated.

I had reported this in November of 2022 and then May 2023 the only thing they had done is get thise sings in there. that don't fix the problem, the sibking hole is getting bigger and more dangerous.

The alley is caving in. Sewage air is coming up, looks like rats have moved in.

The sidewalk has been impassable for months Stagnant water and lots of mosquitos.

Hole has now extended beyond the sewer grate and parts of the street is currently collapsin, due to soil erosion .

Asphalt surrounding this drain has been breaking down for weeks. Now sewer drain completely exposed. Surprised no serious car damage. Worried about rain on Sunday.

Sinkhole has opened up in the alley, blocking residents from reaching their rear parking area This is the second such sinkhole that has opened up in this alley, with a third that has opened up in Byron at the entrance to the alley There are obviously issues with the sewer in this alley that require inspection and repair/replacement Prior response from DWSD has included placing barricades at the other two holes, with zero follow up in terms of a repair or long term remedy

Deep (over 6 foot) SINKHOLE is still open and unmarked.
It is now a vehicle hazard to any auto that hit the hole.
