Water leak in middle of Milwaukee Ave East of Woodward Ave. The leak appeared about 5 days ago.

water leaking in grass causing icy conditions

Vacant lot next door to my home has water coming from underground and running across the sidewalk to the street
This year for the first time I have water coming into my basement, a lot of water.

Water flowing from hole in the ground, presumably coming from a water service line. This is in La Salle Park next to the water fountain on the south end.

2nd notice here, I had a DWSD person today tell me I need to do another request because he was coming about the basement water leak but he says I have a service leak issue! I tried to press both situations when I made my initial request and it wouldn't let me! I got water coming in my house as well as on my sidewalk and grass! I can't afford another double water bill because ur system wouldn't allow me to address both issues when I made my first report!
