I’m resubmitting pictures from the 6/26/2021 flood

I want to file a damage claim with DWSD regarding 3ft of water flooding my basement. I had over $40,000 worth of damages. I lost my Furnice, hot water tank, furniture, bedroom furniture, clothes, shoes, and my electrical outlets were damaged. My wall and floors were damaged as well Please see attached claims form. I was only allowed to upload 1 picture. I have several contractors estimates and pictures of my damaged/loss items

Basement back up with sewage 3 times now, I need help to throw out debri ,and to clean and sanitize my basement! I’m disabled,my sister is disabled and my other sister has 6 children who live in my home and 3 are under 10 years old.please help!

16” of water in the basement from drain backup in the main common areas of the building along with two lower level units 1 & 2 (owned by separate owners)

This claim is for Unit #2 of 449 W Willis St building. 16” of water from drain during heavy rainfall. This is a completely finished unit that was occupied until the flood

Basement was flooded with 7 feet of water on 6/26/2021, damaging boiler, an approx. $30,000 in damage, and organ blower on a priceless and historical instrument. Damage to blower unclear at this time. Clean up of basement also costly.
