large hole in middle of street.Was coveted and cover is gone.

Why cant we get any help or response for the residence in Detroit, 2 months and counting of having water drain backup in the basement and no workers from the Detroit Water Department ever shows up.

The Water Department Supervisors and Managers will never call you back, no one is helping and they all make excuses.

Potential damage to cars being the sewer has caved in approximately 8-10inchs

First reported in 2019 landlord dug up the sewer and failed to properly back fill and repair the alley to original condition So far the city has failed to address this issue properly and the inspector did not follow up

Caved in sewer this is my 3rd time reporting this it needs to be fixed soon because it’s right on a street where there is a school University prep middle school we don’t want kids to get hurt please hurry thank you

in rear of location 7387 Saint John st we have a collapsed main sewar drain.
we notified the water department last year.
the damaged main is getting worse with each passing day.
