This repair to the water main was made months ago. he sidewalk and street still have not been repaired.

This has been an on-going and unresolved complaint for several years now. The road was repaved and improperly graded about 1.5 years ago, leaving a giant lake in the street. The water stands for many days, collecting trash and debris. In the winter it becomes a large sheet of ice. The water is die to rain water that collects here as it is not graded properly to make it to the storm sewer about 6 feet away. Will you ever do anything about it? There is an additional area just like this one, about 3 houses west in the corner of Chicago Blvd and Hamilton as well.

The Water and Sewerage Department must check their records to see the number of times this complaint has been forwarded to the city for correction. It has been several years now since the re-pavement of Rosemont street. The situation is extremely hazardous in the winter months and poses health issues due to the collection of litter in front of this address to the corner of Fenkell.

Whene Miller pipeline put new gas pipe lines they broke the curve last year and i need someone to fix is ASAP

the road was improperly graded by this curb when they redid the roads two years ago. The water does not trickle down to the sewer which is about another three feet down the street. Now, every time it rains, water stands here for several days catching debris, sludge and trash. Service drivers can't even get out of their vehicles because the water is so deep often times. In the winter it freezes into a dangerous sheet of ice. We have been trying to get this solved for over two years. PLEASE HELP!

dangerous building need to be torn down

The snow plows broke the speed bump. We placed the broken piece on the curb. Looks like it will damage tires

needs to be reboreded and looked into see who owns it.

Every single time it rains, our entire street flood. The city has been out 3 times to "unblock the basin" and clearly that is not the problem here. Something is not working properly and needs to be fixed.

The water Dept located and fixed a leaking underground pipe,, that was 2 weeks ago there is a sink hole and the street in front of my house isn’t fixed yet
