street caving in over sewer drain

Same issue as #12613155, but no one has come out yet, and poop is floating around in the basement.
The yard is 50 ft long, but the blockage was observed by "Tim's Extreme Plumbing" at 70 ft. Clay was found at the tip of the snake, indicated a collapsed sewer.

Water is coming up from cracks in the middle of the street. This is at the intersection of Collingwood and Dalrymple.

Cave in is occurring 3' from drain cover but appears to involve drain. This is located in the alley next to the above address and is getting larger. It has an open hole with no foundation below. Large trucks use this alley for local deliveries.

The sewer is blocked in water is coming inside the building there’s a lot of debris dirt. The alley is cracked in multiple pieces. The neighbors behind us need to cut their bushes and clean up the trees.

A request to view/ repair alleyway that is caving in has been reported for several years now. Each time this is reported, it gets archived with a completion status. It has not been resolved. This is causing major issues with backed up sewerage in my basement. As recent as this past weekend!
