Alley rain water behind Broadstreet and Glendale at Strom drain

When will this problem get fix?. I have contacted your dept several times and the water department have tried to fix it once before but to no avail claim number 32255. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

DWSD started this project one year ago and has yet to finish it. Manhole needs to be extended to surface and the property of the four homeowners restored to pre-service condition.

Catch basin collapse & subsequent sinkhole. Reported to city several times.

This is drain that has problems - manhole cover was needing to be cut out but now it's broken and caving in - drain still needs fixing - dangerous because it's right where we and others who come to park - park and tire will go in, and get cut or stuck
