Could Detroit Water & Sewerage department come fix my Side walk pls and Thank You; you guys dug it up and it's been messed up ever since

On August 2020 DSWD came out the home located at 18278 Murray Hill and did not restore water service. Water service should have been restored because it was determined to be a risk to public health. Gov. Executive order 2020-8 sec.2

On August 25th 2020 DWSD came to restore water service at the and did not. Water service should have been restored because doing so would not have been a risk to public health. In not doing so it goes against the Gov. Executive order 2020-8 sec2.

The roadway was paved and the tar is not to the curb, there is an 8 inch gap between the end of the year and the curbside. Also, in the middle it is uneven and not level.

Is DTE responsible for this MESS AND CRATER IN the street that is here longer than one month?
This hole in the street is murdering cars.

Replace fence that DWSD took down when repairing their water line. They put up a temporary fence.
