Water coming up through floor drains . Two furnaces damaged. Washing machine and dryer ruined. Lots of personal belongings had to be thrown out.

My basement flooded in June and again in July.

I am a renter and my landlord has not had anyone come out to sanitize. There is mold and a bad odor.
