Detroit Water & Sewerage Dept. PLUS

During the winter of 2020, the water main busted in front of my home. They had to dig up half of the lawn to repair the break. I was assured by the inspector that the restoration department would be out to restore the lawn. I called last year, and twice this year with NO response whatsoever. I do understand that we are all operating under a new normal, however, I would at least like to have some acknowledgement that my request is somewhere in the loop. The weather is warmer now and my lawn is very unsightly. I would greatly appreciate having it restored as promised. Thank you.

new people moved in it looks like and they have having someone looks like come and do work. No one has a dumpster putting this stuff in. I feel so bad for the people staying next door to them. This looks so horrible walking or driving down the street.

Sidewalks are sinking Causing continuous water to pool

House was burned down. It was then boarded up. Someone took the Borded wood off some of the windows and the front door. The front door is wide open. It’s unsafe for myself and my granddaughters that play outside

Senior fell yesterday, kids hurt their legs and feet we keep asking please repair the sidewalk and cut this dead tree. this is not acceptable for anyone. thank you please help us.

Please investigate this unsafe looking porch restoration(?). The building is located close to a park and children walk past this on a regular basis. The type of restoration is not listed in the drop down menu so I inserted fence.

Black fence is 6ft high at the curb.

The water dept left this unfinished restoration after a repair, 2 years ago. We have called and requested they restore what they dug up. A rep from the water dept attended our block club meeting and assured us this corner would be repaired, but, still, it's not.
