A sidewalk and curb, needs to be put down

I've been having an ongoing problem with this hole in front of my property for the last 6 years when the city do come fix it Detroit bus line Buss up the pavement and I've have this constant problem I'm on a Dexter Bus line route

I have no idea what kind of soil and grass seeds the City used when it replaced the sidewalks, but it's like concrete. The heavy equipment the City used left gaping holes in the grass. When they covered the holes, they covered them with this concrete-like soil. Additionally, they damaged the street with their heavy equipment.

The fire hydrant was replaced last Fall. A temporary walk was installed. To store the lawn compacted backfill, topsoil, and grass seed is needed. There is a hole next to the temporary walk. A section of level permanent walk is also required.

Alley is completely grasses over and we the whole block and not use the alley for garage use or simply to drive

This is the third notification to the city in as many years regarding this concern The standing water in front of this home began a few years back after Rosemont had a re pavement of the street. It has been an issue since then. The water collection is unsightly and catches trash, debris etc. The standing water is a health and safety hazard, particularly in the winter months when the water freezes over and cars are making a right turn off of Fenkell onto Rosemont onto this thick patch of ice.
