Restoration problem when sidewalk was replace. They lowered the sidewalk 4-8" and left a very steep dropoff. It is too steep to cut the grass (maybe a 45 degree clif) and it is eroding on to the sidewalk already. It is really bad around the manhole cover. The present work (August 2020) was not seeded. Please help me get this transition regraded and seeded so I can take car of the lawn and sidewalk.

When sidewalk was replaced, the dirt surrounding the sidewalk was not and is a safety hazard .
And my curb was removed and never replaced.

The roadway was paved and the tar is not to the curb, there is an 8 inch gap between the end of the year and the curbside. Also, in the middle it is uneven and not level.

It looks the same? Nothing has been done. I believe after seeing all the work needed, the new owner has changed her mind. Now where do we go from here? I have looked at this for 10+ yrs., is there going to be another 10 +?
I have lived next door for 45 yrs. and take care of my property. Why are properties sold to people that see the work and then abandon again?? More investigation should be done especially if the are not an investor or agent, to see if the individual has the financial ability to carry out the restoration. I pay my taxes and shouldn't have to put up with this!
Your what type restoration drop down doesn't have a complete or whole house catagory/open and dangerous, it certainly should include one??

On August 2020 DSWD came out the home located at 18278 Murray Hill and did not restore water service. Water service should have been restored because it was determined to be a risk to public health. Gov. Executive order 2020-8 sec.2

GLWA failed to restore the park land they dug up for their water line project. large mounds of dirt grown thick with weeds, bare soil erosion. This is a terrible eye sore and disrespectful of Rouge Park and it's park users.
