Detroit Water & Sewerage Dept. PLUS

DTE contractor replaced two poles in alley and did not remove excavation spoils or concrete. This is not the homeowners responsibility but it is creating a cycle of continued abandoned debris in alleyway. The pole south of here has the same condition.

Side walk removed two weeks ago yet to be restored. Rest of work has been completed in area.

Sidewalk, grass on berm and portions of street damaged at 16204 Salem by work done on 9-19-19 to repair water main break of 9-18-19. Previously reported on 9-19-19 & 9-23-19 as Investigate Restoration on Improve Detroit app (ID # 6712361 most recent), but requests were archived with no work being done to restore sidewalk grass on berm or street damage. Water & Sewage issued 2 service request numbers 7701 & 7812.

Side walk missing for over a month

During the storm late Friday evening, once again this overflowed and spewed stinky, dirty “water” all over the sidewalk and into our yard. There is a temporary monitor there installed for this reason. Please fix this. We don’t want sewage backing up onto our property every time it rains. Thank you for your time and attention.

Road work has been completed but side walk not replaced

So I don't understand how our taxes are being used to fix our roads but this street was completely repaired then dug up again to do I don't know what and the worst part is that the workers left this poorly "patched". Why repair a road then do something else after?? How long do we have to wait till this road is fixed? It's ridiculous for those of us who have to drive through this EVERYDAY, im sure the city won't pay for the repairs and damage it's causing to our cars, it's crazy many complaints have been made for the past 2 years, I think the only way to get this fixed is to go on Fox2 or bring awareness to this because this is just ridiculous.

Residential Lawn needs to be restored by DWSD from digging and fixing a broken pipe underground several months ago.

On August 2020 DSWD came out the home located at 18278 Murray Hill and did not restore water service. Water service should have been restored because it was determined to be a risk to public health. Gov. Executive order 2020-8 sec.2
