cave in causing slow draining, standing water, and sewer backups during and after medium to heavy rains.

Very dangerous

This hole has been open at the end of the block for over a year. I reported this through email to sewage department some time ago.

sewer tap keeps caving in causing us to have to snake the line to the tap in the alley. we sent camera down and confirmed the sewer is compromised at the tap in the alley because the sewer main appears to be compromised

The potholes in this alley were reported last month by me and many were fixed the next day (which I very much appreciate, thank you!). However, there was an area near the drain that was not filled/fixed when the problem was initially reported.

Cars frequently hit these potholes as they are turning on/off of Forest Ave which could cause damage to the cars or further damage to the street. This is also a major trip hazard (It's gotten me a few times) and will be much more hazardous with Dally in the Alley coming up this weekend.
