Detroit Water & Sewerage Dept. IYO

Water main break of 7-16-20 was fixed by Water and Sewage on 7-21-20. Sidewalk, driveway approach, street pavement and grass on berm damaged by most recent water main break and the repair of it. Also, street pavement is sunken and raised in numerous spots due to water main break on 7-16-20 and the previous main break of September 2019.

water dept. apparently cannot fix the roadway leak near this location. they have tried over the last 2 yrs. to no avail. they have called the cement contractor twice in the last 4 mos. Major cement, but they cannot pour because it still leaks. the hydrant has even been replaced. the road is a mess and sagging near the curb. the workers are hard working but seem unable to find the source. what's going on?

sidewalk needs repair its a trip hazard.

This block and sidewalks need to be done that was the only block that got skipped before they stopped and now they are working behind our block and still we have broken sidewalks potholes and need curb cuts! ASAP someone in a wheelchair already was hurt trying to use the sidewalk

When does the city of Detroit plan on restoring street to its original condition after gas pipe installation? sidewalk and landscaping dug up and street unsightly further diminishing property value

alley is blocked. why is it blocked

cracked concrete with thick amounts of grass growing through the sidewalk very unsafe for my 4 kids that loves to play out door while riding their bikes or hoover broads.

My drive has been like this for 8 weeks

DWSD contractor IPR was in alleyway doing work in sewer After finishing they left their disposable gloves and Arizona tea cans in the alleyway against my newly installed fence I find it very disheartening to see that this is how our utility partners feel about our city and community! We ask for the your help and in return you come in and destroy our neighborhoods? This is unacceptable and the reason detroit has so much litter laying around today
