2-3 foot deep hole next to drain in the alley close to Kercheval between Canton and Helen Streets.

There has been a very deep hole that you guys left almost 2 years ago in the grass by the sewer. There is one of those orange/white things that have been sitting there over it. It is extremely dangerous but the water department has done nothing about it.

During the power outage DTE had to repair or replace a couple of power lines From Aug 8 to Aug 18 this one area was without power they tried to drive there trucks down this Alley. The truck big ran over the basin and caved in the sewer line in the Alley. The basin is destroyed our sewer line system inoperable every time we get heavy rain or flood watch alert now it causing the sewer back up in our neighborhood. DWSD SAID THE ALLEY SEWER LINE IS MY RESPONSIBILITY. I would like to know how a broken basin or sewer drain that is more than 500 feet from my home is my responsibility This broken sewer is causing sewer water to backup in my basement every time there is a heavy rain shower or flood alert. It was a heavy rain shower on Aug 27, 2021 about 1: 45 pm my sewer drain started backing up again in my basement again. I have videos of the sewer water backing up in my basement while the heavy rain storm was going on out on Aug 27, 2021.
