Flooding in alley north of Longfellow Street due to 2- caved in catch basins /sewers

On Bryon just north of Euclid, two storm drains collapsed

Cave-In next on Orleans St. near Lafayette Towers. Seems to be getting larger and larger. Found between the towers and Lafayette st, closest to the guest parking. Thank you

Entire street, sidewalks, and yards flooded for a few hours. Some residents tried to unclog drains with no luck. Still clogged.

On approximately 1/28/22 a small water main leak was coming out at this location. On 2/14/22 the water main was fixed and this pavement patch was applied.
Initial this repair was fairly flush to the existing adjacent road surface. However, it's since sunk approximately 10" deep.
It is the entire south bound lane; at 9' wide and 4' long.

After numerous calls and emails, they customer service reps with Detroit water continue to blame the field managers who they can't contact, only email. This is why the city is in terrible shape. Nobody cares about the residents. Almost two months of sewer back up due to a collapse sewer line in the ground and u get nothing but the run around. Pouring gallons of water out everyday.
