THIS BAD PATCH JOB BY DWSD THAT DESTROYS OUR CARS HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR AT LEAST 13 YEARS.

A neighbor needed work done to their water system recently. The water department came out multiple times to resolve the issue. I now notice a smell coming from water faucets in my bathroom, kitchen and when I flush the toilet as well. It smells like sewage.

A tree was removed several weeks ago and the sidewalk and grass has not been fixed.

The neighbors are draining sewage from their flooded basement via hoses into our and neighboring house's yards as their yard is all pavement. There is a stagnant pool of sewage on their paved yard as seen in the pictures. The smell is atrocious and the sewage is seeping into the ground at an alarming rate. This is a health concern for my family and pets as well as the young children in their household.
