The concrete around the sewer grate has deteriorated and caused a deep hole which damaged the tire on my car. Both sewer grates on the block are in similar condition and are creating a road hazard.

Catch Basin fell in. Rain water not draining away after rainfall. This is the second time I put this in. This drain needs to be vacuuming out and replace properly. Please And Thank You.

A traffic cone has been placed in this massive hole (cave in) next to the sewer drain. It was put in the hole to keep a person from stepping into it and probably shattering their leg. This hole has been there at least five years. Most likely longer.
