This is a manhole which is very dangerous. The city has fixed it before but it reopened. please help

This picture is describing wires that's located over a sewer hole,that gas is leaking from. The wires are from contractors doing a terrible job removing items , adding new wires, and allowing old wires to hang. I am concerned that this will catch on fire. This is noa t safenvironment e for anyo, e especially with the gas sme that's coming from the sewer. The city is aware of the problem and does not care! . I have complained several times with no avail. The city keeps saying this is my responsibility Contractors attempt to drive oversized vehicles on my property Th haveey knocked down branches and run over my grass leaving huge tires marks. I have been complaining all year with no avail. When the inspector comes out, he's rude and disrespectful How can we improve the city when the city is the problem ? Who do I suppose to talk to about this issue, if I'm being treated like the problemLike I been stating, if I lived in the suburbs this would not be happening !! !? !...

Asphalt around sewer drain is collapsing this is in a city parking lot at the end of Chateaufort Place and people walk here. Poses immediate threat. --

The potholes in this alley were reported last month by me and many were fixed the next day (which I very much appreciate, thank you!). However, there was an area near the drain that was not filled/fixed when the problem was initially reported.

Cars frequently hit these potholes as they are turning on/off of Forest Ave which could cause damage to the cars or further damage to the street. This is also a major trip hazard (It's gotten me a few times) and will be much more hazardous with Dally in the Alley coming up this weekend.

This situation with the large sink hole next to the sewer is 5 years old !!!! THIS HOLE IS LOCATED BEHIND A HOME WITH SMALL KIDS !!! WE HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A REPAIR 2 OR 3 TIMES A YEAR WITH NO HELP OTHER THAN SOMEONE COMMING OUT WITH A NEW BARRICADE !! WE NEED A FIX TO THIS DANGEROUS SPOT THAT IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF BOTH THE CITY SIDEWALK & ALLEY.!!!!!

Every time it rains, the streets flood livernois and the street shrinks to one lane. This is a major street with school, commerce, emergency(Fire Trucks, Police, Ambulence), construction vehicles, and work route traffic.

This overfill has been a problem for FOREVER. as you can see in the phot, this also puts kids in danger when being dropped off.

You have sent people to suck the debris from the sewer, but that is not doing anything to fix the problem.

We pay taxes so fix it, or it's a matter of time before a MAJOR MAJOR vehicle collusion occurs due to this flood.

cave in sewer grade in front of BP RIGHT LANE. considering the fact that Simi trucks and trailers hint in it all time. it will be a pedestrian or car with low clearance, which will be the victim injury.

Street floods every time it rains. The sewer is defective, this has been an issue for about 10 years. We have reported this multiple times and we're told that a team will be on site and unfortunately it rarely happens. The root of the problem does not get fixed and therefore the street floods everytime.

Failed sewer has weeds and trash around it as in picture.
