Water entered the basement through the drains. Second flood in my basement. Also flooded June 26, 2021.

Damage from the storm June 25, and from July 16

I am a low income, 83 year old, whose house at 20350 Moross, Detroit, MI has extensive flood damage. My basement had at least 4 feet of water and I have lost everything that I have had for the past thirty years. My appliances, furnace, hot water heater are all ruined. The picture submitted is only one of four loads that were taken out of my basement. Due to the extensive amount of water, my basement walls are starting to crack. As previously stated, I have very little income and have been devastated by this loss.

This is how high the water was look at the line and mold on my wall please help me.

Basement was flooded for 3 days couldn't get anyone until day 3 black sut in water. I have 2 year old twins bunch of their things got messed up with my deep freezer shortage out

Everytime it rains my basement backs up i have lost my items as far as my deep freezer my sons clothes my basement furniture amongst more items I have all the photos for the department

RAW SEWAGE BACK UP, damage claim, basement & utility room, the night of the flooding she had a lot of damage, in the morning water receded, on saturday there is raw sewage backing up, has called several days ago and no one helps, can't flush toilet because it just backs up, NEEDS SOMEONE TO ADDRESS SEWAGE, checked the main drain outside and tested the levels and said they would return but, never did,
