    in addition to the previously reported sink hole getting larger there are several divots in the alley along the main waste line. rain water is washing away the thick sand layer beneath brick. bricks will be lost into the hole and the city will have to buy new brick as they did in another alley.

    Every time this area is reported, worker's come out and only put tar and take out the big broken parts of concrete and move it to the side. The tar is not repairing the problem, it needs to be replaced with new cement. The cracks and broken concrete are deep and the only way to take out trash to walk on this hazardous conditions as well as walking to parking lot which rocks and nails have hit cars and nails and rocks getting stuck in tires. It's dangerous as it is residents with walkers and cane's as the pavement is not leveled at all.

    This is a photo of where the sewer should be in the alley behind this address between Nashville and East McNichols. It has completely caved in. Many of my neighbors on Goulburn and Westphalia have had water in their basements over and over. This sewer cave in May be blocking the water flow. It is many feet deep. Please come out and investigate. This sewer is the responsibility of the water department, not the residents. I am making this complaint from 12554 Goulburn if you wish to speak to me.

    Sinkhole has opened up in the alley, blocking residents from reaching their rear parking area This is the second such sinkhole that has opened up in this alley, with a third that has opened up in Byron at the entrance to the alley There are obviously issues with the sewer in this alley that require inspection and repair/replacement Prior response from DWSD has included placing barricades at the other two holes, with zero follow up in terms of a repair or long term remedy
