Dangerous cave in at Sewer and grass by curb and street caving in

This is my 4th attempt since last year to have this hole repaired. As you can see you DWSD orange cone is several feet down in the hole now. How much will it cost the city when a child falls into this hole and gets trapped?

The street has caved in at the sewer drain located at the corner of Balfour Road and Whittier Street. Detroit 48224.

The basins on the street have not been cleaned for years despite several requests. The sitting water has eroded the street making the infrastrucure unstable. This is located at the edge of my driveway which presents a hazard when trying to access the street. DWSD has already been informed of the situation and created tickets 156841 and 156842. Since street maintenance is a city issue I was informed to create this request.
